Making The Right Choice For Your Home
Our expertise allows us to provide our valued clients with bespoke design ideas in wood, aluminium and UPVC. We can achieve this through our ability to create and install an extensive range of high performance products, from windows and doors, to bespoke living spaces.
As each of our products are individually designed for you, there are so many possibilities as to what can be achieved, size, shape, style and intended use…all will be discussed with you before the design process begins.
Working With You
When our design consultant comes to see you, they will work closely with you to discuss budgets and gage exactly what it is that you want to achieve. We are here to help in this process, and our vast knowledge and experience will offer insight and design ideas that you may not have considered until now.
Once we have discussed the exact design and styles you want to achieve, we will then provide formal quotations and presentation drawings. this entire process is very relaxed and completely free of charge.
When you are absolutely happy with your designs, the order will then be placed with us and we will produce a formal contract highlighting exactly what will be included.
This will show the conditions of sale to which you will receive a copy as will the installations department to insure that both parties are clear as to what is to be produced and installed
The next stage is to arrange a full site survey where we will take full and detailed measurements for manufacture and to highlight all possible points of difficulty so that our installation teams are fully aware before they arrive on site. Our surveyors are vastly knowledgeable and they will be happy to answer any installation related questions that you may have, but you can be sure that you are in safe hands and we will take care of everything for you.
All survey details will be entered into our systems and products will be sent for manufacture, integrated drawing software will product detailed specifications highlighting glass sizes and tolerances so that the glazing manufacture can also get underway.
Whilst the products, whether it be wood, aluminium or PVCu are being manufactured, an insulation date will be given from a member of our customer service department. We will be in constant contact with you to insure that if any scheduling should need tweaking due to anything occurring during building work, we can give as much notice as possible.
Our highly skilled installers will arrive onsite on the scheduled installation date, they will then erect or fit your chosen product efficiently and with a high level of craftsmanship as all of our installers have over 30 years experience within this field.
All installations have scheduled start and completion dates, but if the need should arise for us to take a little longer to insure that everything is just right then we will do, as we need to insure that everything is perfect.
All you need to do then is relax and enjoy your new windows and doors, orangery or bespoke living space, or any other of our high performance products that you have chosen to have installed
