At Windows Are Us our ICOTHERM solid roof is the ideal solution for your new tiled conservatory roof.
Our innovative pod and bolt system is pre-built off site in factory conditions and the disassembled for delivery to us here at Windows Are Us. The best thing about being built offsite means that our tiled conservatory roof system is very quick for our trained fitters to install.
The insulation is pre cut to size and simply slots into place underneath the roof with all the ventilation so the roof can breath, built in to each individual timber pod. The external grade OSB board is again already in place as it forms the top of each pod.
After all the pods are in place and bolted together on top of the high performance and extremely strong glue-lam perimeter ring beam, we install the external breathable membrane. Finally, before we install the tiles of your choice, we lay our innovative drainage matt. This allows the tiles to breath and illuminates condensation risks.
The plasterers and electricians* can then come in to complete the installation before a final check is undertaken, to ensure your newly installed ICOTHERM tiled conservatory roof is of the highest standard.

Our Tiled Conservatory Roof completely replaces your existing glass or Poly-carbonate roof. Our unique, fully waterproof timber design is manufactured and test assembled offsite for accuracy, then the roof is simply reassembled onsite onto your conservatory frames.

Our Tiled Conservatory Roof system is structurally tested and uses the highest performing insulated materials throughout. The roof is extremely strong, yet light, ensuring the perfect alternative to your existing roof. The 155mm thick insulation panels boast an incredible thermal performance and coupled together with our heat retaining plasterboard, insures your new conservatory will be warm in the Winter and cool in the Summer.
Our conservatory roof tiles come in a wide variety of colours and styles to suit you and your home, complemented by high performance, breathable membrane and an advanced click and fit system. Your roof will be secure and water tight for many years to come.
